How do I choose a size?
Select the US men’s / women’s size that matches your shoe, with the UK equivalent shown on the same option—from US M5 / W6 | UK 4 through US M15 / W16 | UK 14.
What if my left and right shoes feel slightly different?
Use the size that matches the pair you wear most, then trim each insole to that shoe so the outline follows the footbed instead of forcing a one-cut-fits-all shape.

How do I trim without wrecking the fit?
Place the insole in the shoe, mark the toe outline, and cut a little at a time until it sits flat in the footbed. Stop when the edges follow the shoe—do not cut into the arch area you still need.
